I love setting up my week! Full disclosure I’m a small child when it comes to my planner. I enjoy stickers and colorful pens, not sorry.
This week I wanted to lay out my week for success with my fitness. I wrote out my workouts, added space to log my run times, and a few extra stickers for motivation!
