15 minutes is nothing and everything!

Recently I told you how one is the magic number between success and failure… Well now I want to address how 15 minutes is nothing and everything at the same time. And I’m going to do it in less than 15 minutes from my phone while I hide away in my room! Shhh πŸ™‚

I talked about how building on your one thing can leave to life changing results and I still feel that is true. But, how do you fit in that one step, that one thing, that one item each day? Find the time, even if it’s only 15 minutes!

15 minutes is nothing in the grand scheme of things – it’s literally 1% of your day. 1%! You can take 1% of your day to yourself. Is your goal to make more time for yourself – do a 15 minute walk. Get fit? Take a 15 minute HIIT class. Save money? Take 15 minutes to plan out your day to avoid spending money. Eat healthier? Spend 15 minutes finding healthy snack options. Cleaner house? Take 15 to load the dishes or fold a basket of laundry.

For me I’m trying to get back in the habit of writing more – my 15 minutes today is being spent sharing this advice with all of you! Tomorrow it’ll be spent working on my book! 15 minutes is nothing in your day and yet it could be everything to your life!

Take 15 minutes and put it towards your goals. Don’t know what your goals are? Take 15 minutes to identify them! Go go go!
